The Work consists of providing approximately 2,545 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main along Ivy Avenue Extended, North Ivy Avenue and North Juniper Avenue; the installation of approximately 12 sanitary sewer laterals and 11 manholes, including one (1) doghouse manhole; the installation of approximately 1,790 linear feet of 4- and 8-inch water main, the installation of approximately 17 water services, two (2) fire hydrants, and three (3) flushing hydrants; and providing site and pavement restoration and providing all other work as required by the Contract Documents in order to provide a complete system as described herein Time is of the essence, and any bidder that attempts to submit a bid after the appointed hour for submission, will be unable to, as ProcureWare automatically closes the bid.
