Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Blacksburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project is generally described as a 0.99-acre accessible pathway corridor including grading, drainage, hardscape, electrical, and planting work. The Deadline for Request for Information (RFI) shall be 12:00PM on Friday, October, 11th, 2024. A Bid Bond is required. The construction of a series of accessible pathways between MMTF and Cowgill Hall. Work will include the demolition of existing sidewalks, re-grading of the hillside next to Whittemore Hall, and the installation of new hardscape elements. New hardscape elements include concrete pathways behind Cowgill Hall, concrete ramps with handrail on the Whittemore slope, and Hokie Stone site walls. Campus standard light poles, bike racks, and plantings will be located throughout. Agency Small Business Participation Goal: % 50
