ROW landscape maintenance contract on City streets in specifically defined locations. The City of Issaquah invites qualified contractors to submit a proposal in accordance with the ITB. Your response to this request will be evaluated to determine the qualifications of your firm. Proposals must adhere to the format and content of this ITB. Proposals will not be evaluated unless all parts required are submitted in a completed packaged. The information set forth is the minimum required in order to qualify for consideration. The successful Bidder will work with the Parks and Community Services Department, Parks Operations Division to schedule and coordinate this maintenance. All contractors must be properly licensed and/or registered to provide the requested services in the state of Washington and have a current City of Issaquah business license. All contractors must complete a City of Issaquah contract agreement including all necessary documentation before project start. Pre-bid notes: Bidders should also make on-site visits to the areas for which services are requested in order to gain an understanding of the scope of services. The Bidder must be familiar with the area and any natural features which will affect the work. Ignorance on the part of the Bidder will in no way relieve them of responsibility.
