Renovation of an educational facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Ceiling Tile and Grid Replacement at Tulsa Community College Northeast and Southeast campuses The project will include all materials and labor necessary for the renovation. The bidder should carefully examine the site of the work and proposal documents to become fully informed of the conditions to be encountered and the character of the work to be performed. A cashier s check, certified check or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. Completion time, qualifications, and available funding will be considerations in awarding a contract. All questions related to this RFP should be submitted via the Bid Express system
