To construct a TURNKEY Airlock Storefront Glass Enclosure on the Walnut Creek WTP Building, to create an Airlock Enclosure before entering the lobby The Henry County Water Authority provides water and wastewater service to about 65,000 residents and businesses in mostly unincorporated Henry County, Georgia. Henry County is a community of approximately 240,000 residents southeast of Atlanta. HCWA was created as an independent agency by the Georgia legislature in 1961. Any contractor wishing to submit a proposal and be considered for this solicitation shall be a Licensed Contractor with a minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in a similar scope and service of work.
