**As of April 25, 2025, the project was awarded to V. Lopez Jr. & Sons, with an awarded amount of $$2,469,695.10.** The project is separated into two phases described as Phase 1 and Phase 2. Work for Phase 1 and Phase 2 are not sequential in project duration. Due to the need for environmental clearance and permits, there is expected to be approximately a one-year gap between phases. Bidders shall bid each phase independent of one other and assume there will be no overlap in work. The bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bidder's bond, made payable to the CITY OF BUELLTON for an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The CITY will deduct a five percent (5%) retention from all progress payments as specified in C9–MEASUREMENT & PAYMENT.
