Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Buellton Area office the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary for the quarterly maintenance services on the automatic gates/roll-up doors in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Buellton area office 166 Industrial Way Buellton, CA 93427 LICENSE REQUIREMENT: Contractor State License Board (CSLB) C-61 / D-28 (Doors, Gates, Activating Devices), and Local County or City Business License. ANTICIPATED AGREEMENT TERM: 07/01/2024 or Upon Approval, whichever is later, through 06/30/2027.
