Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade, 41-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
As of January 7, 2025, all sub-bids received and awarded. The Construction Manager, Gerding Builders, is only bidding the design-build MEP portions of this project to select invited subcontractors. The remainder of the project will be open bid early next year, 2025. Bid documents will be available at that time. Project consists of the construction of a four-story affordable housing building including 41 units, indoor and outdoor common areas.
