The Stanislaus County Public Works Department is soliciting a proposal for all-inclusive construction management services. Consultant to provide, including but not limited to, pre-construction services, construction management/inspection, construction contract administration services, and project close out to augment existing County construction staff as necessary for the improvements to the Golden State Boulevard, Golf Road, and Berkeley Avenue Intersection. This is a State, Federal and locally funded project; therefore, all Federal-Aid requirements apply. The proposal with a statement of qualifications and detailed scope of work submitted in response to this RFP will be used as the basis for selecting a construction management consultant for the Project. These all-inclusive services will consist of Construction Management, Inspection, and Construction Contract Administration. The agreement for these services will be awarded after the successful Consultant has passed a Caltrans pre-award audit and has not changed any personnel or any sub-consultants submitted in the statement of qualifications for this RFP without written approval from the County.
