Site work for a civil project in Turlock, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Turlock (hereinafter referred to as the City) is requesting proposals for qualified firms to provide a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) analysis and studies, appraisal and right of way acquisition services, Proposition 1 grant compliance activities, and engineering design and analysis for the removal of tetrachloroethylene (PCE) from groundwater and soil in the Downtown area of the City. The City intends to enter into an agreement with one (1) selected firm (hereinafter referred to as Consultant) to provide these services. All interested parties are required to submit proposals in accordance with the conditions and dates outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). City Council Approval of Agreement:03/11/2025 Question Deadline 01/30/2025 Requests for Information (RFI) should be directed to: purchasing@turlock.ca.us All questions must be in writing and received at least five (5) working days prior to the closing date for submittal of this Request for Proposal (RFP), to provide time for issuing and forwarding answers. The City will not be responsible for oral interpretations of the Request for Proposal (RFP). The City reserves the right, without limitation and at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all proposals and/or terminate this RFP process at any time, for any reason, without notice and with no obligations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
