No allowance will be made for any claim that a proposal was made on incomplete information, including, but not limited to the nature and character of the site or work involved. The Town does not guarantee the accuracy of any data given concerning the work site or the conditions of the work. The installation should include the following: The EV charger. Any necessary concrete pier, ground stake(s) or other appropriate and long-lasting mounting hardware. All necessary conduit and wire to bring power from an adjacent structure to the charger. All necessary design work (wiring diagrams, etc.) in consultation with the Town. All necessary labor at prevailing wage (excluding trenching - see below)
