The work consists of approximately 20,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer ranging from 42" - 8"diameter and all associated appurtenances Bidders are hereby notified that pursuant to Act 1068 of 2017 the Arkansas Department of Labor Prevailing Wages Rates will NOTapply to this project. The Owner reserves the right towaive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with hisbid, security in the amount, form,and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders appearing in the Contract Documents. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wages to be paid under the Contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders must be licensed contractors qualified for business in the State of Arkansas before submitting a bid on this work.
