Provide Labor and Materials for a Walk-in Cooler and Freezer for the Community Resource Center (Cdbg) SCOPE OF WORK The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, is accepting bids for a project described in the scope of work on behalf of the Public Works Department. The work involves labor and materials to furnish and install one (1) walk-in cooler and one (1) walk-in freezer at the Community Resource Center. The work shall include all materials to ensure both are fully operational. The project is located at 109 Hobson Avenue. The Contractor is responsible for all required permits. The cost shall include all labor, materials, and freight to complete the installation. The following specifications describe the minimum requirements for this project QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS: Any questions or requests for clarification concerning the bid or bid specifications may be made in person, by phone, by electronic mail, or in writing to the City of Hot Springs, Purchasing Division, PO Box 6300, Hot Springs, AR 71902; or 324 Malvern, Hot Springs, AR 71901, (501) 321-6830, or emailed to purchasing@cityhs.net. Any such questions or requests must be submitted not less than five (5) working days prior to the bid opening date. Should the question(s) pose substantial issues, the City may ask that they be submitted in writing Question Deadline 11/01/2024 at 5:00 PM CT
