Provide Labor and Materials for a Walk-in Cooler and Freezer for the Community Resource Center (Cdbg) SCOPE OF WORK The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, is accepting bids for a project described in the scope of work on behalf of the Public Works Department. The work involves labor and materials to furnish and install one (1) walk-in cooler and one (1) walk-in freezer at the Community Resource Center. The work shall include all materials to ensure both are fully operational. The project is located at 109 Hobson Avenue. The Contractor is responsible for all required permits. The cost shall include all labor, materials, and freight to complete the installation.
