The project will include but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, erosion and sedimentation control, grading, drainage pipe installation, borrow for centerline adjustments, hauling, placing, compacting and shaping embankments, asphalt milling and paving, signage and striping, temporary and permanent grassing.
