Site work for a mixed-use development in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of March 6, 2025 Project has not been awarded, No definite date of award. Contractor performing this work shall furnish all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner, the Work required for the bank re-stabilization project at McGee Park. Question Deadline 01/09/2025 All questions pertaining to this Bid shall be submitted in writing no later than 7 days prior to Bid opening. **As of December 16, 2024 bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid on January 2025.** Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for the McGee Park Bank Re-Stabilization Project. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with instruction to bidders. All bidders shall hold their bids for Sixty (60) days after actual date of bid opening. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bidding.
