The City of Farmington, New Mexico, ("OWNER") is requesting Bids to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the Farmington Police Department Renovations. Unless otherwise stated in the Contract Documents, Engineering/Architect for this project along with Contract Documents were completed by the City of Farmington, Municipal Annex Building, 805 Municipal Drive, Farmington, New Mexico. This includes but not limited to demolition, plumbing, electrical, site preparation, armory/evidence room renovation, and workspace renovation. There are several buildings on site as part of this package. There is an additive alternate for renovation of an additional building, a new garage building and associated site work.
