Site work and renovation of a civil project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists generally of the following major items: BASE BID: o Replacement of existing motor control center and pump control system o Replacement of existing conduit and wiring o Installation of a new 1,800 gpm pump and associated piping o Replacement of existing surge control valve o Addition of bypass pump connection o Replacement of existing slide gates in influent channels o Removal of existing underground storage tank o Replacement of other miscellaneous components Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders Questions received less than 7 working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
