This Request for Proposal ("RFP") issued by Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario - Ottawa Children's Treatment Centre ("CHEO"), is requiring a new natural gas generator. The emergency standby generator system shall consist of one natural gas 500kW electric generator set and controls. The emergency generator set will start up during the loss of normal utility power supply. Generator set consists of a natural gas engine prime mover, alternator, engine mounted control panel, starting battery with charger and direct connected radiator/fan assembly all mounted on a common structural steel base. Generator set shall be self-contained outdoor level 2 sound attenuated steel enclosure c/w structural steel mounting base. Along with the generator, CHEO requires a automatic load transfer equipment. The Proponent will provide 600A automatic transfer switch, complete with all components, to automatically transfer critical loads to an emergency power source Question Deadline 10/25/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Any questions about this bid - Click here to submit them.
