This project consists of the removal of existing asphalt shingles at multiple buildings, including but not limited to: Big Bone: The removal of existing asphalt shingles on five (5) buildings: Remove existing asphalt shingles and install of new underlayment, ice & water shield, asphalt shingles, gutters, & metal flashings, as indicated. New drain lines to be installed as indicated. General Butler: The removal of existing asphalt shingles on twenty-five (25) buildings: Remove existing asphalt shingles, install new vented roof decks ( 5/8" plywood over 2"x4" furring) applied over the existing roof decks as noted, & installation of new underlayment, ice & water shield, asphalt shingles, gutters, & metal flashings, as indicated.
