Water testing for parks within the Diablo Range District including Mount Diablo State Park, Henry W. Coe State Park, Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area, and Hollister Hills State Vehicular Recreation Area Provide watter testing services to Public Water Systems at Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area (SVRA), Mount Diablo State Park (SP), Fremont Peak SP, Henry W. Coe SP, & Hollister Hills SVRA The anticipated performance period of the contract is December 15, 2024 through December 14, 2027 5% Small Business Preference: State law allows certified small business (SB) and microbusiness (MB) firms to receive a 5% bidding preference on applicable state solicitations. The 5% preference is also available for noncertified businesses who subcontract 25% of contract amount with a certified SB/MB. In no event shall the SB preference or non-SB subcontracting preference exceed $50,000 in any single bid.
