The Town of Kentville is seeking a contractor to provide snow plowing services in the north and west end of town. Contractor may leave equipment at the Public Works Garage, 875 West Main Street during the season. The Town of Kentville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to select the one season or three season rate for either A Plowing - North End or B Plowing - West End and to not necessarily award both areas to the same contractor . Season is considered to be from December 1 to March 31 Contractor responsible for reinstatement. Unit prices per hour not to include HST. Two loaders should be on standby, each no smaller than a 10-ton machine, equipped with plow and wing gear (e.g., CAT 926M or equivalent).
