Project Location: 11818 W Joplin Rd Ancell Ave Entrance B Boise, Idaho 83714 Liquidated damages associated with substantial completion milestone of each phase will be $5,000 per business day past the substantial completion milestone date as defined in the approved CM/GC baseline schedule. Owner and CM/GC are committed to promoting and stimulating the growth of disadvantaged, minority business enterprises, women business enterprises and emerging small business (D/M/W/V/ESB) firms and maximizing the opportunities for D/M/W/V/ESB firms to participate in the work of this project.
