Project No.: 7357795 (Clauses incorporated in Base Contract apply to this wsolicitation) Title: Replace Chiller, Station, Building 1 NAICS Code and Standard Size: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, 19 Million Contract Completion Date: All work shall be completed within 280 calendar days after award Estimated Cost Range: Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 Wage Determination: General Decision NC20240018 01/05/2024 Liquidated Damages: $197 per calendar day of delay Basis for Award: Lowest Price Proposal Acceptance Period: 90 calendar days after receipt of offers Question Deadline Oct 29, 2024 at 9:00 AM Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted email addresses above. The cut off for RFIs is 29 October 2024 by 0900 in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
