Qualified firms to provide pathway sign manufacture and installation services in accordance with the specifications provided herein. Question Deadline 10/23/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions should be submitted through the Towns Procurement Portal. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall manufacture, place and remove pathway signs as per the attached typical within the limits of the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum dollar amount for the contract. The Town will not be obligated to quantities beyond actual requirements reflected in individual Job Orders. Individual projects will vary in size, location, value, and duration. Each project will be executed using a project specific Job Order. The unit quantities shown in the Unit Cost Schedule (Attachment A) are estimates only. The unit costs provided in Attachment A shall be the basis for pricing services under this Agreement and will be used in the development of project Job Orders. The Town does not warrant that the actual quantities of work will correspond with those estimates. The Town reserves the right to increase or decrease any of the quantities shown without adjusting the unit prices by Change Order. This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity Contract for manufacture, place and remove pathway signs including, but not limited to, roads, parking lots, multi-use pathways, and sidewalks within the limits of the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The Contractor shall be able to manufacture and place pathway signs. The work may take place within State, County, or Town road rights-of-way, easements, properties, or within specific areas delineated by a Right of Entry. This may also include work in such areas as planned unit developments, and on government, commercial, or residential properties.
