The successful Proponents will be required to provide services pertaining to sustainability including but not limited to: preparing sustainable, low-carbon, resilient, and climate change adaptive design solutions for buildings, the public realm, and related infrastructure; preparing Life Cycle Assessments for buildings, roads, parks, infrastructure, and other elements of the public realm; preparing energy models for new and existing buildings; and preparing Climate Risk Assessments for new buildings, the public realm and related infrastructure.
