This project consists of HMA binder and surface removal, pavement inlay and overlay, shoulder work, pavement marking, raised reflective pavement markings, pavement patching, and all other necessary work to complete this project. The inlay is to start at the project's beginning and end after the section east of I-57 with bituminous shoulders.
