Services required: Picking up roll-off containers containing grit/sludge slurry from ACUA Plant Hauling of roll-off containers containing a grit/sludge slurry to disposal site Disposing of hauled material Return of empty roll-off containers to ACUA Service will be scheduled on a quarterly basis, however the possibility exists for more frequent disposal dependent upon frequency and severity of storm events. Bids must be submitted electronically via ACUA's e-Procurement Portal. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00 Response Submission Deadline: November 7, 2024, 11:00am All questions relating to technical aspects of the bid are to be directed in writing to the Authority Procurement and Contracts Manager via online Question Deadline 11/06/2025 at 4:00 PM ET The duration of the Contract will be for twelve (12) months with extensions as permitted by law. This option to extend is exercisable solely at the ACUA's discretion, a price increase tied to the Consumer Price Index ("CPI") shall be part of this specification. Continuation of the terms of the contract beyond the fiscal year is contingent on availability of funds in the following year's budget. In the event of unavailability of such funds, the Authority reserves the right to cancel the contract.
