Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) Rental Car Facility Improvements Project Major work items include and are not limited to: Mobilization, maintenance of traffic, site demolition and preparation, temporary conditions, furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the construction of QTA buildings consisting of PVC panel lined masonry walls, overhead rapid coiling doors, hollow metal egress doors and frames as well as vac and wash bay equipment and associated plumbing, electrical and mechanical utilities. A new underground Oil Water Separator and associated trench drains and sanitary plumbing is included as well as replacement of existing overhead garage lighting and new Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and associated electrical work. Demolition of existing concrete slab required to install plumbing, trench drains, oil water separator and electrical condition as well as demolition of existing RAC exit lane booths and associated equipment is also included. A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the TOTAL BID PRICE but not to exceed $20,000.00, is required to accompany all bid submissions.
