Kermit ISD - Campus Wide Renovations Projects Gallagher Construction: We are currently under contract as the program Manager with the Kermit ISD. We are about to issue an RFQ for work at Kermit ISD with a value of approximately +/- 30 million. We are seeking a CMAR for the project. The Architect is Parkhill. Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, it is the intention of Kermit Independent School District to select, via a One-Step Request for Construction Management-at-Risk proposals process, a Construction Manager (CM) for proposed Renovations to Kermit Schools for Kermit ISD. The selected CM is to assist the District and its Architect with cost estimating and scheduling throughout the design phase and to build the project thereafter as a Construction Manager-at-Risk. The proposed project scope includes the following: a. Kermit Elementary School Addition consisting of an approximately 6,500 sq ft 4 classroom addition and associated storage. b. Kermit High School CTE Addition consisting of an approximately 10,000 sq ft addition including 3 classrooms and associated lab spaces. . c. Kermit Locker and Concession building renovation consisting of an approximately 6,800 sq ft renovation of the existing welding building into concession, locker, coaches area and DAEP classroom.
