This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of a Portable CCTV Inspection System The City is not necessarily interested in obtaining the lowest price for the Portable CCTV Inspection System and will evaluate all units offered that are capable The City will also evaluate the proposal on its ability to meet the specifications identified; delivery, warranty; as well as value adds and proposals that support the City of Vernon's efforts to reduce carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions.
