Site work for a mixed-use development in Morrisville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Morrisville (further referred to as "the Town") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to assist the Town with a redevelopment visioning and conceptual design development for the existing Church Street Park (+/- 29 acres). The current park serves multiple purposes as a community park and a sport venue for international, Major and Minor League, and local cricket league practices and matches. The existing park amenities feature three tennis courts, a playground, two picnic shelters, one also houses restrooms, an ecological preserve, two outdoor basketball courts, two outdoor sand volleyball courts, one multi-sport court, practice cricket pitches, a cricket field and a walking track. The park has the following two addresses: 5800 Cricket Pitch Way and 905 Church Street, Morrisville, NC.
