Project no. PWP-CL-2025-093 A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: New two-story laboratory building for housing Southern Nevada Health district testing and analysis laboratories. The building will house BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratories. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 1. Phase 1A is a separate phase for the Civil Off-site improvements. Work of this phase shall commence on or before December 16, 2024 and within 14 days after the Notice to Proceed. 2. Phase 1B for Civil will align to Phase 1 for the Building construction: The remaining Work shall be substantially complete and ready for occupancy at time of Substantial Completion for the Work. The successful General contractor shall incorporate this Phase 1B on-site improvements scope in their scope of work. SNHD invites bids from experienced and qualified, pursuant to NRS 338.1379, Nevada-licensed general contractors to install utilities in the public right of way and perform on-site improvements related to the construction of a new BSL-3 laboratory in Las Vegas, NV (PWP-CL-2025-093).
