The Project consists of drainage improvements at the Authority's wastewater treatment plant, including saw cutting and removal of existing asphalt, installation of new concrete gutter and curb, and installation of new 12-inch drain piping to facilitate drainage to the existing rain garden. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
