Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in East Syracuse, New York. Working plans call for the addition of a 2,500-square-foot retail development; 8,200-square-foot parking garage; for the renovation of a 2,700-square-foot parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

Bids shall be submitted in duplicate on the bid forms included in the Project Manual. Bids shall be in accordance. with the drawings and project manual for the following bid terms: Site Work General Construction Fire Protection Plumbing HVAC Electrical A 2,500 SF office/locker room addition; an 8,200 SF maintenance addition; & a 2,700 SF interior renovation Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Bid security shall be submitted in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond in a form acceptable to the Owner. A bid bond shall be secured by a surety company authorized to business in the State of New York as a surety. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by the required bid security, Certified checks or Cashier's Checks must be made payable as indicated in the Advertisement for Bids. 2. The Cashier's Checks or Certified Checks of all bidders, except the three lowest, will be returned within three days after the formal opening of the Bids. The remaining Cashier's or Certified. Checks or substituted bid bonds will be returned within 48 hours after the contract has been executed, or if not such contract has been executed, within forty-five (45) days after the bid opening. 3. The successful Prime Contract bidders, upon failure or refusal to execute and deliver the contract and bonds required within eight (8) days after receiving notice of acceptance of the Bid, shall forfeit to the Owner, as liquidated damages for such failure or refusal, the security deposited with the Bid. The Owner will have the right to retain the bid security of Bidders to whom an award is being considered until either (a) the Contract has been executed and bonds have been furnished, or (b) forty-five (45) days have elapsed from the bid date so the Bids may be withdrawn or (c) all Bids have been rejected. Question Deadline 02/06/2025 Submit all requests to Bob Seigart at reseigart@schopfer.com and to Gregg Grates at ggrates@chasolutions.com A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Town of Manlius Highway Department Garage, 5970 Clemons Road, East Syracuse, New York 13057, at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 31, 2025. Attendance at this meeting is highly recommended.
