Contract for furnishing Waste Disposal Services for the Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ), Bridge City Center for Youth, to include container rental, trash/garbage hauling and disposal, as requested in accordance with provisions set forth for a period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2025. Acceptance: Unless otherwise specified, bids on the contract will be assumed to be firm for acceptance for a minimum of 60 days. If accepted, prices must be firm for the specified contract period. Contractual Period: The State of Louisiana intends to award all items for an initial period, not to exceed 12 months. Delays in awarding, beyond the anticipated starting date, may result in a change in the contract period. If the situation occurs, an award may be made for less than 12 months. Contract Renewal: At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 36 months.
