**As of APRIL 8 , 2025 this project CANCELLED will rebid but no definite date for the rebid.** The following Louisiana State license shall be required for this project is Limited Specialty Services license. Section 3.0 - Bond Requirements o Payment Bond - 50 % of the contract cap amount o Performance Bond - 50% of the contract cap amount o Bid Bond- 5% of the total bid price Bid Bonds to be submitted with the bid. Payment and Performance Bonds are to be submitted at contract execution. We extend this bid to cover all labor, materials, equipment and necessary essentials to install outdoor play structure, concrete slab and poured in place rubber safety surface at Avondale South Walking Trail. Purchases for this project shall be exempt from state sales and use tax according to La.R.S. 47:301(8)(c)(i). The successful bidder shall be granted the tax-exempt status of Jefferson Parish via Form R-1020, Designation of Construction Contractor as Agent of a Governmental Entity Sale Tax Exemption Certificate. Form R-1020 is distributed by the Louisiana Department of Revenue. Upon receiving a Notice to Proceed, the successful bidder agrees that all work is to be substantially completed in 120 DAYS. Range of the Probable Construction Cost for Base Bid: $0-$250,000 As liquidated damages, the sum of $ $150.00
