This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for a Chiller Replacements at Ecole Secondaire publique De La Salle - CEPEO, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil des ecoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario, 2445 Saint-Laurent Boulevard Ottawa (Ontario) K1G 6C3. Hereinafter, the above named school board are referred to as "Board" unless otherwise specified. The Intent of this RFQ is to obtain quotations from respondents to complete Chiller Replacements at Ecole Secondaire publique De La Salle - CEPEO at 501 Old St. Patrick St, Ottawa, ON K1N 8R3 for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2-2020 with Supplementary Conditions, in accordance with all RFQ Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract"). Contract work is to commence no later than November 15th, 2024. All interior work shall be completed no later than April 30th, 2025.
