The utility scope consists of, but not limited to, sewer main line adjustments, sewer manhole installations, waterline adjustment and waterline valve adjustments. Two-way traffic shall be maintained and ensuring ingress/egress to all neighborhoods, residential and commercial properties throughout the duration of the project.
