Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Hurricane, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,225-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Washington County Utah is seeking Qualification Proposals for the construction of an Emergency Operations and Legacy Park Storage Facility with offices and training near the Washington County Fairgrounds in Hurricane City, Utah at 5710 W Shooting Sports Park Rd. The new facility is planned to include garage bays, storage space, offices, and associated uses. The facility is expected to be approximately 17,225 square feet in size. Only those respondents who are pre-qualified through this process will be allowed to bid on the construction of the facility. Any questions associated with this Request for Qualifications must be received in writing or emailed to the following individual by October 28, 2024, 2:00 pm MST.
