Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hurricane, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the Contract Documents and as shown on the Construction Drawings. Project location is in Hurricane, Utah along the 100 North corridor from 200 West to SR-9 and along 100 East from SR-9 to 100 North. Work consists of typical roadway construction including removal of existing features, site clearing, roadway excavation, base course, asphalt, curb and gutter, pedestrian ramps, sidewalk, water, sewer, storm drain, signing and striping, joint utility trench, etc. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. We understand that the proposed construction will consist of the reconstruction of 100 North from 200 West to SR-9, new construction of 2800 West from 100 North to 600 North, and new construction of 700 West from 100 North to 400 North in Hurricane, Utah. 100 North is classified as a 66-foot historical minor collector, and 2800 West and 700 West are classified as 70-foot major collectors. Reconstruction of 100 North will also include updating and replacing sewer and water lines and other utilities. Construction of the new roadways 2800 West and 700 West will include installation of sewer and water lines and other utilities as well. Construction of 2800 West and 700 West will also include additional 4 feet of gravel shouldering on each side of the roadways with appropriate cut/fill slopes
