Renovation of a medical facility in Ponoka, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The scope of the project includes: The MDRD new development scope includes the following elements: Relocation and expansion of the MDRD into a new building addition adjacent to the surgical department. The Surgical Department redevelopment scope includes the following elements: Pre-operative surgical preparation area. Additional supply care holding. Surgical supplies storage. Increased soiled utility space. Physician workspace. Staff locker and change area expansion. New Building Systems upgrades to support the expansion, Modification Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
