The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select a contractor, to provide labor and materials to clean out and service grease traps at Locations Countywide, and to secure firm, net pricing for the contract period as specified herein. Deadline to Additional Information or Clarifications: October 21, 2024, 3:00pm. The Contract Period shall commence on January 10, 2025, and end January 9, 2027. Prices and discounts shall remain firm for this period and shall include ALL freight and handling charges. By mutual consent of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, and the successful Bidders, this contract may be renewed for One (1) additional two (2)-year period. Contract Value For the purposes of calculating the amount of a protest bond, this contract is valued at approximately $350,000 for the initial two-year period, excluding renewal options. This is only an estimate and the actual amount could vary up or down. The District will not be held responsible if actual purchases are less than this amount.
