PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,600,000 All proposals must be on file with the College prior to the opening time as stated above. All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as indicated "MGCCC - District-Wide Roofing" to be opened on "--- Insert Date---". Envelopes not so marked are submitted at the risk of the Bidder and the College assumes no responsibility for the premature opening of same by any College employee. At the Bidder's option, in lieu of submitting a physical sealed Bid, electronic bids may be submitted at online. Bids shall be received electronically until the date/time as stated above. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The cost of the bid documents is non-refundable and must be purchased through the website (digital and hard copies). Written interpretation must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the bidding documents which if issued will be transmitted by electronic format (e-mail) with request for acknowledgment on the bid form, to all plan holders at the respective e-mail addresses furnished for such purposes, not later than 48 hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids. Failure of any bidder to receive such addendum or interpretation, or to acknowledge receipt on the bid form, shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents
