Renovation of a museum in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The selected bidder will be responsible for planning and conducting a thorough site survey prior to beginning to insure everything is ready for installation. The naming of a manufacture is for comparison purposes only. Bidders must submit evidence that you meet the minimum criteria set forth and the City ofWestfield will be the sole determiner ifthe product meets the minimum criteria. Price must include everything that is required to do the work failure to note something as needed does not waive the Citys rights to expect it. Ail bids must include everything necessary to install the clapboards and trim. Demolish ail existing Clap Boards, Rotten Crown Moldings, Overhang Soffit Boards, Trim and Window Sills. Clapboard Siding and Trim installation for the historic Wyben schoolhouse. The project is to make the site weather tight. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
