The work consists replacing twelve existing fountain bowls and pedestals and lighting in the Courthouse Square. Additional details can be found in Document 01 1100 Summary of Work and Work Restrictions. Work shall be completed within 200 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Courthouse Square Fountain Bowl & Lighting Replacement Project 2200 Broadway Street, Redwood City, Ca 94063 The City of Redwood City is now accepting bids for the Courthouse Square Fountain Bowl and Lighting Replacement Project. This is a public works project, subject to prevailing wage requirements. City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. City may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids. REQUIRED CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE(S): A California Class "C27", or Class "B" with "C27" contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. This Project is subject to prevailing wage compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. QA Final date - Dec 3rd
