The proposed work includes: Supply of construction materials for excess flow basin improvements including weir assemblies (weir plates, troughs, supports, down chutes, piping, valving, fittings etc.) and concrete for floor sloping; Supply of construction materials for a waterline extension (piping, fittings, hydrant assemblies, valving); and Supply of miscellaneous material items such as asphalt pavement, rip rap, final seeding, and a RCP culvert. Project items will be bid and awarded in 10 separate categories. The City will review submitted prices for each category individually and will award the work to the lowest responsible bidder for each category. Bidders may select to bid an individual category, or multiple categories. Bids must be on forms provided. The following categories will be bid: 1. Supply materials for weir assemblies 2. Supply materials for water piping and fittings 3. Supply materials for gate valves 4. Supply materials for large diameter metal piping and fittings 5. Supply materials for pre-cast structures 6. Supply materials for concrete 7. Supply materials for concrete forming materials 8. Supply materials for asphalt 9. Supply materials for rip rap 10.
