City of Starkville will receive sealed bids for Electric Line Construction & Maintenance Services in Starkville, Mississippi. SUBMITTAL OF SEALED PROPOSAL: Each proposal must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals. SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in "pdf' format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void. No bid shall be withdrawn after the scheduled date and time of the beginning of the bidding event without the written consent of the City of Starkville. Within the limitations of Mississippi State Purchasing Law, the City of Starkville reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City of Starkville. The bid opening will be held in the City Clerk Conference Room on the 1st floor of City Hall. Interested persons are invited to attend. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled date and time of opening of bids without written consent of the City. The City of Starkville reserves the right, within the limitations of state law, to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City.
