Description of Work: Project Will Consist Primarily of Extending the Proposed 12-inch Water Line From the Recently Constructed 20-inch Water Line (Previously De- Signed by Garver) From the End of the Goodyear Blvd Phase 1 Project Along Good- Year Blvd and Bishop Rd, Continuing Along 112 St, and Ending at the Intersection of Goodyear Blvd and Lee Blvd. Scope Includes: o Installing Approximately 11,500 Lf of 12-inch Water Line Installed via Open Cut Construction. o Site Restoration, Including Sodding Natural Grade Areas and Restoration of Gravel/ Asphalt Pavement. o Incorporating Associated Components Such as Air Re- Lease Valves, Fire Hydrants, and Gate Valves 7. The City Council of the City of Lawton Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. Estimated Cost Range of Project: From: $3,729,000 To: $4,123,000 A Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, or a Surety Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder. Such Deposits Will Be Returned to the Unsucwill Be Returned to the Unsuccessful Bidders.
