Demolition of the American National Bank Building and Construction of a New Lighted Parking Lot An original Certifed Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond equal to fve percent (5%) of the Bid shall accom- pany the sealed bid for each bidder. In addition to the 5% Bid Bond, a signed Afdavit for Filing with Competitive Bid (Non-Collusion Afdavit) is required when submitting bid. A 100% Performance Bond, 100% Statutory Bond, 100% one year Warranty Bond and Proof of Public Liability and Workers Comp Insurance will be required of the successful Bidder. The Board of Comanche County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any informalities
