Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The principal features of the Work to be performed under this Contract include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Removal of electrical wiring. 2. Wall and door removal. 3. Removal/capping plumbing 4. Removal/capping ducts 5. Removal of ceiling tiles and grid 6. Miscellaneous demolition 7. Cleaning 8. Disposal of demolition materials INTERPRETATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. If any person contemplating the submission of a bid for the proposed Contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract including the Plans, Specifications, and any other bid Documents, he shall submit a written request for an interpretation thereof to the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, 700 West Liberty Street, Louisville, Kentucky, 40203 at least ten (10) days prior to date of receipt of bids. The person making the request will be responsible for the prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the Bid Documents prior to receipt of bids will be made on by written Addenda duly issued and mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such documents. MSD will not be responsible for explanations or interpretations of the Bid Documents except as issued in accordance herewith. Question Deadline 10/21/2024
